    New and learning

Hi everyone I have been lurking around for a few months trying to learn about steroids and body building techniques etc.
I am 21 from Windsor Ontario 5'7 141lbs but trying to change that.
I have a few friends that have taking different types of steroids and have been reading up on them tryin to learn and figure out a proper cycle for when I bulk up a bit.
I would like to put on another 20lbs before considering them also to learn them more bc I have heard many different suggestions such as running winnie or dbol etc. So I dont know what to do but read up and learn more about PCT's and others like milk thistle.
Until then I am doing the basics 5 days a week workout with a diet including multivitimans, fish oil, creatine, protein etc.
I have to thank my sister for most of my knowledge about working out and proper eating since she is very dedicated to the gym and her diets.

Does anyone have any good links to diets and workouts?

Anyways hope to here from you all

    James

You're young.. and very underweight. You didn't say how long you've been working out intensely.. but judging by your height to weight ratio.. and your questions.. i'd say not long.

I'd suggest a minimum of 5 years intense training prior to touching steroids.

With proper training and sound nutrional practise you can gain about 15-30 lbs over that time.

My opinion... don't research steroids. Research training and diet.

Develop and maintain the level of discipline necessary to push your physique to a new level.

dont be dissapoint but they are right ,your not ready for that
start with creatine , protein, zma all the "litle" suplements like animal stack
vitamine if you need litle motivation ...but in your case it should not be a problem sice you are not training for 20 and hiting plateau
have fun in the gym neighbor !
