Hey Bone, welcome. I'm from melbourne. You've got an impressive build. Thats the sort of look im aiming for. Whats your age and body fat percentage? You look pretty ripped, im guessing below 10%. Where about the same hight but at the moment I only weigh 78-79kg and my body fats aound 12.5% Btw your averaging almost 20 posts a day, thats crazy, lol.
thanks mick
Im not sure what my bf% is i dont have any calipers, but im guessing 8% but some of the guys on the board think maybe 6% so somewhere around there.
Your stats are pretty good since we're short , so 79 isnt small at all.
haha yeah im a internet geek !
79kg feels small because on my last bulk I was over 90kg. On top of cutting down for summer ive been training for a run this weekend and the kilos are just dropping off. I dont have calipers either, I use a set of electronic scales that send a small pulse up one leg and down the other and calculates your bf% from your resistance to the pulse. An older set I had seemed inaccurate but the latest pair I bought seem ok. But yeah at our hight I think being in low-ish single digits for body fat and in the upper 80's is ideal, well thats what im aiming for at the moment anyway.
Which scale do you use now ? ive tried a few of those scales and it gave me a fairly innacurate answer. I have a similar one where i hold it by hand and thats not htat accurate too.
The new set are made by Salter and the model number is 1092. They seem fairly good, my old ones at least towards the end of there life always gave high readings. Some friends traveled to adelaide and bought the new set for me as a gift. They were on sale as it was just after christmas. Iv seen the hand gripping thing, tried to use the one my local chemist had but he could never get it to work, mabye my bf% was so low it confused the machine, lol.
welcome
Hey bud, im new here too.
Im stuck out in the sticks (though originally from sydney)
welcome champ
im originally from canada, so im still tryin 2 catch on to the slang .. where is the sticks ? haha thats probably a dumb question
SOrry mate, I mean out in the country.
On the border of NSW and VIC

not impossible but VERY difficult and VERY expensive.
When you can get it, you get it and dont ask questions.
