Hi,
Just thought I'd introduce myself to the forums.
It's good to be working out again. I had a break for many years in which I got lazy and fat. Finally my midlife crisis kicked in and I nailed the diet, nailed the excercise routine, and after much effort sorted the rest out. Now back on target and getting meaner and leaner each day.
Anyhow I off on hols in a couple of weeks, any thoughts on a calisthenics routine for muscle maintenance. I thought of welding a deadlift handle to the front of the mpv, but decided it would probably look a little too crazy.

height 6ft
weight 95kg
bf: ummm... well I hope its less than 20
Many years ago I was about 105 kg solid.
I'm going for a leaner look this time, so I can still do the snowboarding skating etc. that go hand in hand with the mid life crisis
