    Blown away..

    By the size/volume of this forum and members content. Totally amazing the level of dedication and support.

    Total newb on the subject, but have been working out hardcore for past 5-6 yrs (on and off since I was in high school).

    Currently on high protein/moderate carb diet (2g of P to 1g of C), working out 4 days a week (running/elliptical at nights).

    Looking to;
    1. Learn/appreciate/respect AAS - popped in the site a few weeks back.. then spent about 5hrs reading last night. Still have more to read through.
    2. gain a few pounds of mass (specifically biceps, and legs)
    3. reduce current body fat (~20%) down to visible six-pack range

    Looking forward to discussion and your patience as I work my way through this.

    In the meantime, aside from sticky's and posts, any particular reading materials that I should be looking at?

    Reading through the stickies, crystal clear on the rules for fishing/sources (still freaks me out a bit just posting).

    Definitely a newb in this area, but have been a vet on other boards (mostly bikes..), so can definitely appreciate the link!
