Yet another new member...
What's up, guys..!
I am a new member here, recently started back at the gym after a decade of lame excuses and I need to brush up on pretty much everything.
I joined Anytime Fitness and after a couple of months waiting for my "complimentary session with the trainer " I gave up on the wait, so I started doing cardio everyday and weights every other day using an app on my phone that tells me what equipment to use and the proper way to do it.
So far, so good... I lost about 10lbs in two weeks once I changed my devouring habits to something healthier.
So far, I get OTC supplements to aid my way.
Whey Protein Shake

AAKG (I sure love Arginine)
..and I just got some Frag 176-191
