Yet another new member...

What's up, guys..!

I am a new member here, recently started back at the gym after a decade of lame excuses and I need to brush up on pretty much everything.

I joined Anytime Fitness and after a couple of months waiting for my "complimentary session with the trainer " I gave up on the wait, so I started doing cardio everyday and weights every other day using an app on my phone that tells me what equipment to use and the proper way to do it.
So far, so good... I lost about 10lbs in two weeks once I changed my devouring habits to something healthier.

So far, I get OTC supplements to aid my way.
Whey Protein Shake
BSN N.O. Xplode
Glutamin
AAKG (I sure love Arginine)
..and I just got some Frag 176-191

34yo
5'10"
200#
About 25% BF
I am not giving you any other measures because I hate replies with "LOL" on them..
haha!

Anyway, that's about all the basics. Feel free to send tips my way, I can use them!

I usually try to find answers on my own, as I am aware that answering the same question over and over can be annoying, although since I am new on this I might fail to do so all the time, at least until I get use to all the new terms and abbreviations frequently used on topic-specific boards such as this one. If I do that, please let me know.
