I am new to the website and forums here. I am thinking about starting my first cycle and wanted some info on what you guys think. I am 36 years old and have been working out hard for the last year and a half. I went from 230lbs down to 170lbs in the last 6 months really cutting my fat and calorie intake. I am really starting to show my cuts but want to build some more mass. I currently work out 6 days a week, 3 on 1 off. I do just a hard cardio on rest day of 1hr on stairs or elliptical.
