hey havnt been on this site in over a year !
anyways been training for about a year cleanly (no gear) now went from 152 pounds 10% bf to 180 pounds 6 % bf
im 20 years old and love to train
if you have any advice on how to help me bench press more it would be greatly appreciated lol im stuck at 195 pounds pretty sad for my age :P
