my brother bought a cycle of test and var and now chose not to do it.
as of now i'm 5'10 187lbs at about 16%bf 23 yrs old
what i currently have:
50mg anavar (50 pills)
200ml test cyp. in 10 vials.
how long should both cycles last/any tips or suggestions on running both of these?
i know i need to get a pct as well, so that i will research soon. i also need to get some syringes and supps to take while on the cycles (suggestions pls. milk thistle, etc).
any help is appreciated.

this is my first REAL cycle.
i did a one month cycle of h-drol (lol) which is what the suggested cycle duration is, about 1.5-2 years ago.
