Hello everybody my name is John I live in The Detroit Michigan Area Suburbs actually 20 min from Downtoen Detroit. Any way I been working out for about 6 months and am now ready to start taking some supplements and I would like to hear your suggestions on how and what I should start with and how much . Im in ok shape Im 44 white male if that makes a difference I dont know , And am wanting to see some more substainutal growth in my body seems like this way now is taking forever which brings me hear.
