im 43 an ex mtn bike racer i used to bench 300 and squat 600 and i want to get back into shape better than i was before.i started workin out again but results are taking to long so i want to try roids im assuming i should take supplements as well like aminoes creatine etc..if anyone has the facts n knowledge from expereince please guide me in the right direction so i can do it the best and safest way possible. thank u
