Short intro - looking for suggestions advice and help from seniors and experts
Hi all,
just a short intro -
I am 32, being lifting for about 5 years and improving everyday
Over the last year or so, I have gone for 297 lbs to now under 230lbs
Bodyfat from 39% to 17%
Clean restrictive eating - quit drinks/smoking
Last few months I train two times a day:
a. morning - cardio + home gym weights
b. afternoon - heavy stuff but restricted to squats / dumbbells / pulleys - but heavy
I concentrate on eating clean - chicken / eggs / some carbs (veggies / wheat / rice) and cheat twice a week. Cheats are inclusive of chicken though, but other stuff (i know crazy right) - but really works well as I am slowly reducing about 1/2 kgs per week nicely
I am now looking to develop and move into advanced stuff and will appreciate your help and advice.
