    Hi

    Hello,

    Have trained very intermittently since my teens, due to nearly dying a couple of times I have lost mass. Used starting strength to get some back until injuries pursuing other hobbies.

    On here primarily for injury recovery methods, I should be able to get back to where I want "natty".
