    New, want to get huge no matter the cost, need advise

    been training MMA for a long time, got injured had to lay of for years, now I am healed, looking to hit the gym hard, want to grow, but since i have been away for so long, I feel like a noob, could use any advise what product should i buy, to start off right from the beginning.

    I am following the advise of this sticky:

    but it sounds like it was written for advance users, is there another thread that explains better?

    Welcome! check out the home page and look on the left side of the page. Lots of good first advice there. Keep in mind it's a bit out dated and shows HCG between cycle and PCT but it should be run during the cycle and dropped 3 days prior to PCT

    Welcome.....depending how long you have been out of the gym and away from serious training, you may want to spend a bit of time back in the gym. Anabolic use will put a lot of strain and stress on connective tissue leading to potentially serious injuries. If it's been a while since you've trained hard, consider training consistently for about 6 months to build up some strength in your connective tissue. That will also give you time to educate before you medicate and learn about the various steroid profiles, what beginner cycles should look like, and to understand what anabolics will do to your body (the good AND the bad).
