First Test Prop Attempt ever! Need guidance

    Hi everyone,

I'm 30 years old and I've been struggling with weight issues my whole life. I just got my hands on Test Prop and wanted to start my first ever cycle. I was wondering a few things actually. I'm 245lbs, and I heard Test Prop will help me lean out before I begin to stack (anavar).

My goal is to lean out and lose about 40-50 lbs of fat. I know this is an extreme amount of weight and maybe my expectations are only dreams. But if this is my best option to move forward with, what should my first cycle look like? What should I expect and does anyone here have a recommended schedule and diet plan I should follow for optimal results?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank You

Welcome to the board. I'd suggest reading all the info you have at your disposal on this site. You will quickly learn the injecting test is not the answer to a poor diet. You cannot out train your diet. You need to get the diet part sorted out and drop your body fat way down to 15% or less for optimal cycle experience. The higher your body fat % the greater risk of unwanted side effects such as bitch tits and limp dick. Seriously its no joke. Read the stickies and make the call for yourself. Good luck.

oh wow.... thanks a lot for the reply! The diet I have sorted it out as of late. I'm sticking to a 1800 calorie diet, but I haven't seen the results I wanted in the past few weeks. I figured Test Prop could help me shed the remaining fat.

Thank you again for the info RipPig

Just keep in mind, its a marathon not a sprint. It takes time and dedication. If you're hitting a wall on your weight loss head over to the diet section, post your stuff there. There is a great bunch of extremely knowledgeable members here that are more than happy to help out. You wont find better guidance anywhere else in my opinion.

Welcome. Test is not the answer like mentioned above. Proper diet and training is your answer, you really need to buckle down and get consistent. I lost 50lbs in three months with diet and exercise, no chemical helpers. It all comes down to figuring out your body and sacrificing what is needed to attain your goals. The threads posted for you to read will open your eyes and give you the tools, it is up to you to use them. Good luck, keep us updated with your progress.
