    Looking For Advice

    Hey Everyone,
I found this forum during my daily work hour research on where to go with my training. I am 24 280lbs. 35%BF *roughly*. After suffering an injury during high school wrestling I lost my purpose and confidence and got up to 376lbs. at my best I was 18 255lbs 18%BF. I am now over a year into my progress to get back to where I want to be and even surpass it. My diet is clean and regulated. My workouts are 6 days a week and intense. I do not believe in over training. however in the last month or so I have not seen any improvement in weight or appearance. Ive changed my diet. mixed up my workouts. taken every supplement known to man and im starting to feel defeated. any advice would be much appreciated.

Welcome to the community. Lot a people think their diet is clean. Head over to our nutrition forum. Also 6 days of intensive training a week? Sounds like overtraining to me. Since you're not getting stronger you need to adjust your training.

Thank you all for the welcome. Ive been checking out the diet section quite a bit. While there is a lot of really good information there I cant seem to find any info on how to custom fit a meal plan for myself. can anyone point a finger in that direction?

    Welcome.

Try this but you will need the hard work yourself.

Start a new thread in the diet forum when you have your plan but at 35% bodyfat it doesn't need to be anything special for you to lose weight.
