    New to the juice. Help

    Hello everyone,

I've been in the gym about three years now. Mostly cutting. Not looking to bulk up. I'm about 5'9 185 pounds. What can I do to cut more and drop down to 175. Supplements? Juice? Gear? I'm down for whatever, I don't care what it is. Tell me.

    Thanks,

    Cocainecowboy$

Where are you at with your BF? Also you might try clen and you can add other stuff to that, if your in a slump. Use respectfully, but as stated…your diet is going to be key.

If you are not happy with you body fat percentage then AAS is not the answer. The first thing that happens is that yu will gain 20lbs in water weight. If you are losing weight already then clen could help. But if you are not losing weight on your own it will not help. It is only an aid when you have everything else in check. If you are not losing weight on your own, clen will not help. Check out the diet section and also, do not believe all the crap on the internet about how cardio holds your fat. When I am not happy with my bf, I slowly run on an eliptical for 1 hour in the morning the fat slowly burns itself off. Good luck!

Run every morning ... Go hard for a week 30-40 min high intensity interval training. If your diet is correct shouldn't be a problem.
