Another New Starter
Hey Guys,
how is everyone ? Just new to the world of lifting & bulking, had a accident couple years ago near lost a leg & time to rebuild the body to a good weight & build + exercise. Im currently 164lb & 175 cm's keen for any and all help for programs etc as i dont know best way to start with proteins etc & to possibly make my goals any help would be much appreciated. cheers & all the best
