I'm from Australia,
I'm a semi professional basketball player,
currently recovering from a shoulder reconstruction and
wishing get re motivated in training and diet as well as learn
about steroids and see what its all about to help me get back on the horse.

Thought I would throw in some personals as far as height/weight so on.
Age: 22
Sex: Male
Height: 195cm > 6'4 roughly
Weight: during season, 98-100 kg (216-220) pounds / during off season, 100-110 kg (230-240) pounds.
Weight training: been training with weights since the age of 15 fairly consistently naturally, currently had 6 months without training due to recovering post op.
