    Newbie Here Wondering About All The Options

    Hey,

    So I'm wondering about what are the resources on this site or elsewhere that I can find out about the different types of anabolics?

    For background, I've always been the skinny guy, with little facial and body hair. Always been strong, 160 benching 240, curl 50 lb'ers for 10 reps, can dunk at 5'11, etc. but I want to have some bulk on my frame, I'd like to be a "grown ass man" size.

    As well, how long goes the bulk that you add on during a cycle stay?

    That depends on the person more than steroids. If you are skinny, to be honest, you will lose most of your gains. You have to learn to eat more, and then eat some more. Muscle needs food, and not junk food. Once you learn to eat, you will be able to put on more muscle without steroids; and when you can do that, you will be much more likely to be able to keep more the gains when doing a cycle.     Yeah, I just have a crazy metabolism. I have to eat more than my big bro who is 190 and jacked, to be 165.

    How quick are the gains lost after cycle generally?

    I completely understand, but as you get older that will probably change a bit. Of course I do not know how old you are, but when I was in my 20's I did not think I could put on a pound; and didn't. But, I just kept increasing my food intake and eventually things fell into place.
    To be honest I am not even sure how long it takes to lose the fat and water weight from a cycle. I think it because when I am done I feel like I am getting smaller immediately. You become accustomed to seeing yourself a certain size and any loss is easily noticed by you.
    Since I blast and cruise I am always going up and down, but I am sure someone else will be able to better answer that question than I can.

    Welcome... All these ?'s are on an individual basis... And how good your diet and training are! They will dictate your results... It's not easy eating to be 200lbs - you must eat like this all day everyday!

    Welcome, I'm a very hard gainer like your self. AAS isn't what u need. U need good diet and a good hard work out plan. Then ones u get all that in check then maybe start thinking about other options to assist in your training. Look in the diet section to start
