    Advice for a beginner

Have been interested in body building for years now and I'm looking to start my first cycle but accept that I'm not as educated as I should be.
Basically I'm 135lb 5.10 and very lean. I'm very familiar with exercise/weight training but not as much with dieting. I consume around 2500 calories a day with a pretty clean meal plan that consists of meat, eggs, protein shakes, complex carbs and healthy fats/oils. I can managed to put away 3000 but it's tough for me being a small guy. I think 100-150g of protein, 150-200g of carbs is a rough estimate of my intake.

I have read forums and researched, I feel like I have an understanding of it but can admit I need to know a lot more. With that being said I'd appreciate some advice on a 12 week cycle? Here's what I came up with, ready for critique.
    Test E-500mg per week
    EQ-300mg per week
1 injection every 3 days to get to that weekly toatal.
I was planning to include hcg In my pct
10 days after last injection, 500iu a day for 10 days.
    Then 40mg of nolvadex a day for 2 weeks, 20mg a day for a further 2 weeks.
Would it be worth running an AI during the cycle or not?

So, is there anything there i can work with? Does it need changing/tweeking or toataly revised?
Any help or advice is very welcome or if you could direct me to a good source of information it would be appreciated.
    Thanks

Welcome.... At your age of 21 you need to hold off a few years before a cycle. Concentrate on your nutrition while you learn on this site. http://forums.steroid.com/anabolic-s...-steroids.html http://forums.steroid.com/anabolic-s...rst-cycle.html DIET AND NUTRITION

Thanks for the links! They made for very good reading. I'm actually 23, 24 in a few months. Not sure why my profile says differently. I'm still young, and should be getting blood work done. I was planning on getting blood work done before my cycle but haven't as of yet.
So I'm in bit of a situation here..... Last year I hit my all time high of 149lb for all of a few days, and maintained around the 140-145 mark. The 225 club on bench gained a new member and I could rep 100lb Dumbbells on shoulder press easily. For me it was a high achievement and I was very proud. My legs are embarrassingly a week point so I've been focusing on legs in the hope to gain more weight. All this was before I got ill and was thrown back to 130. Since then I've had a block on progress. My metabolism is rapid, but was working in my favor on my 'bulk' as I looked way over 145lb with all the definition.
I respect and understand that guys don't feel ethical/wise giving advice on steroids to someone my age, but in the reality of it, I think I have made my mind up. I want to do this as text book as I can and not jump into it blind. I don't want to come of as being disrespectful, or I'm disregarding the advice, but I'm aware of my age, the risks and variables involved in this. I've made a choice and am now looking for advice on how to build and expand on that. Again, thanks for the reply, links and Info you have given me, it's very appreciated.
When I get blood work done I'll have more to go off, should be a week or two.

    Steroid forum. Q&A.

My crystal ball says you are going to be sent to a few links. And then advised to go to nutritional forum next. Post diet and told to eat more.

Perhaps someone will ask u for your training and give advice.

Someone will suggest you change your training and point you to the lounge where you will find an epic thread called Marcus hit dungeon. This is where the big guys hang (and I post but I am not a he she. Lol).

They train differently. You may be encouraged to read from page one. You will notice a few things. They train differently. And They eat differently. Their monthly food bills would cover mortgage on modest home.

I read your post and the metabolism you have now will be your friend later in life.

I have a fiend with high metabolism. She can't gain weight. She was training for a full marathon and had to stop bc she couldn't keep enough weight once started running over 12 miles daily.

    Your struggle is real.

Thanks GirlyGymRat, really appreciate the reply.
Yea, that was kind of what I was expecting. ( here I go again with the cycle ) that's why I wanted to include the eq, for appetite. The weights/exercise and dedicated time in the gym is fun for me, but I cant eat. 3000 calories is a really good day for me, and they don't happen too often. Do you have any tips on how to tackle this issue? I start the day early and finish late, so I try to fit in as much as I can.
Thank you again, I read your reply with a lot of interest.

    All the best!

    Tackle your issue.

I cannot promote a cycle for you bc your natural test should be high and I can't advise that a cycle is your in best interest.

Your body will fill in with time. In the meantime you may have to augment diet with protein shakes, weight gainer, add egg white to those shakes. The fellows in the nutritional forum can advise better then I since I am always cutting - I am an easy gainer.

Since your body metabolizes quicker, you will will have to eat more. Suggest spend money on food. I am not sure what age is safe to use AAS but I don't think it is now. Some of the fellows here are going to advice you to not do what they did. That's bc they paid a price...impotence. ED. Gyno.

Eat and train hard but most importantly, practice patience.

Thanks again for the reply. Very sound advice.
Ironically I work in agriculture so have an endless/consistant supply of beef, chicken and eggs.
I try to utilize this privilege to the best of my ability.
I'm familiar with a bulking diet. I've crafted a high calorie shake that consists of egg whites, milk, fruit, avacado, almonds, coconut oil and oats that's pushing 1200 calories and is easy to stomach. I guess my problem is just consuming more.
I'll keep at it though, thank you for all your advice and help. I think I may hold off on the cycle and like you said, practice patience. Lol the struggle is real!!

All the best to you and your future endeavors.

Your very welcome. Here's a thread that you can read and ask for advice. Or post up a thread in nutritional forum and ask for suggestions.

    http://forums.steroid.com/diet-nutri...ion-101-a.html

The Marcus dungeon thread is an interesting read. It's a community thread with training information. The guys post up their training and encourage each other.

One last comment. You will find solid advice on this board. Other boards may give u different advice. Be careful whose advice you take. It's YOUR body. Take care.
