    new to everything

    I'm 42yrs old, 5'11, 274lbs.
I was diagnosed with extremely low T , as my Dr said it tanked. I'm looking for any ideas for help to get back on track and they had me in a shot every 2 weeks and androgel but was not doing much but draining bank account after 6 months. A friend of mine suggested a few things to help me out, but never messed with anything before. I was in shape until age 33 when I got hurt at work and was on crutches for 6 months. size28 jeans at 32 180 lbs. Tired of being tired , no sex drive to speak of just don't care about sex right now. I hit the gym 3-5 times a week 2 hrs a day when there, 40 min cardio, light lifting high reps. Diet is veg , tuna, chicken, beef once a week boiled eggs ect. trying to stay off breads and drink gallon water a day I've lost 33 lbs but the drive still is not there. so any advise anyone could give would be greatly appreciated.
    thanks for any help!
