I am 36 weigh 230 and just started lifting again after taking 2 years off and gaining 20 pounds. I know people say you have to eat around 3,000 cals a day but when I try to do that I gain weight. I eat between 1700-2000 cals a day and around 4,000 on my cheat day.
I started taking whinstrol about 3 weeks ago and have made huge gains in strength (probably because I haven't lifted in 2 years) but I have also only lost 2 pounds.
Typical daily diet :
Instant organic oatmeal w 2 egg whites
Protein shake or bar
8oz chicken with a green veggie
Organic chick pea snacks or almonds
4 egg whites wrapped in whole grain pita w small amount of cheese cooked the eggs in table spoon of coconut oil.
Half cup raisins of orange.
Can anyone help me? Is it possible I have gained a lot of muscle since I just started lifting again? Example : week 1 I squatted 4 sets of ten with 155 and week 3 I am up to 5 sets of 8 with 245.
Thank you so much if you can help me.
