    New "old" guy

    I'm a 48 y/o male that does endurance events. I'm on here trying to gain more knowledge about better recovery.

    I'm just about your age, making sleep a priority helps. I get the sense that people under appreciate sleep. We're all busy, with lots to do, blah blah blah. I still think it's important.
