    New to the Forum

I've heard a lot about this forum and most of its been good, so i decided to join up.

Im from St. Louis, Mo....(very close to where the riots happened) im 41 years old 5'8 185 with around 14% BF. got 3 cycles under my belt, the 1st being test only...then dbol/test....then test/deca/dbol (which worked incredibly for me). been off for over two years now and ready to get back at it. So I've come to gain as much knowledge as possible, and research my options here. its my understanding that there are some vets here with valuable knowledge, and if you guys don't mind sharing some, I'll gladly take it!

Welcome, there are a number of vets here I rely on for advice. One thing I think helps is starting a log so people can watch your progress and get to know you. I waited ten years to do it, but I got so much valuable feedback from it. I’ve probsbly grown and learned more in the 5 months since I started my log.
