    Exclamation New Guy, Gas 101

    Hey guys, I'm new to this world of gas. I was hoping you guys can point me in the right direction for an education from the ground up. I know very little and would like to gain a better understanding of the "what to take and why"


    Any suggestions are appreciated.

    Welcome to.the forum. You can learn just about everything you need to know on this place. If you can't find it just ask. Cycling for beginners would be a good place to start
