Hey all,
I'm 27, 5'9", 150~ and 12% BF at the moment. I am a rock climber and mountain biker. I have been training for a year and I have hit a plateau as far as climbing skill. I'm looking to covert a few % of BF to lean mass and to improve my strength to weight ratio without bulking much (if at all) I was recommended a moderate dose of SUS and maybe Deca for joint strength/health.
Any existing threads would be awesome. I've found a few but they don't have a ton of info, any routine or stack that would work for a male gymnast is likely applicable to me as well.
