Just starting to figure it out
Hey all,
I've been lifting on and off for probably 10 years now but have just recently started to figure it out by sticking to one program and tracking my diet and measurements. I'm 29, 5'11" 175 lbs and just under 10% BF according to a dubious online Bf calculator from the YMCA... Still working toward my natural genetic potential but figured I should start doing my research now for when and if eventually I take the plunge in a year or so.
