    introducing Jean-Louis

    Hi,

    My name's Jean-Louis, 49 years old, living in South of France in a 30000 living people city named "Orange".
    Practice strengh training for may years, but with long periods of stopping

    recently restart 8 month ago
    I train in my garage, with machines i've made (i'm good welder)

    i've subscribed here to pick up soe information about steroid

    thanks to all of your wich will help me

    I am 174 cm tall, 79 kg weight don't know my bodyfat (still too much !)
