I'm 30 year old male, 6 ft 190lb and have been weight training for 6 years. I started with an emaciated 145lb cross country body in college and put on 20lb with calisthenics. I eventually transitioned to 5x5 and Texas method and put on 25-30lbs. I am interested in planning and starting a first cycle.
Current best lifts
Squat: 375
Bench: 295
Deadlift: 475
My current goals are to preserve fertility, reach a body weight of 205lb, and lift 405/315/500.

I am looking at doing a 500mg Test E cycle. Right now my current learning points are understanding how to use SERMs vs AIs to manage Estrogen and understanding pros/cons of adding HCG at different points in a cycle.
