If the complex that they are living at sighed a joint partition, then bought the partition to court, it would stop.

Basically sueing the apartment complex, since they are impeding your constitutional rights.

I would pay for the attorney, if this was happening to me, to do it.

The apartment manager, Barbara, called the local paper yesterday to tell them that the no-flag policy is no longer in effect.

I wonder if it's because of the constant harassment, or did she just have a change of heart?

Most of these people who are born here who think it's messed up have never been anywhere else or they would know it's not so bad when it comes to freedome. It sucks compared to what it was 50 or 100 years ago because we have let a LOT of our rights be taken away but still compared to a lot of other countries it's great.

If these people lived in some some place like Iraq, Israel or many other places and tried to pull some stunt like that they would be stoned to death in the streets and maybe rightfully so....

I think this is probably one of those upscale condo communities where any form of advertisement, economic or otherwise, is banned.

My mom lives in Hilton Head and she can't park her truck in her driveway because it has a bilboard advertising her bar on the side of it.

I doubt that she's prohibited from flying the flag though. This is, after all South Carolina, where they flew the Stars and Bars on the statehouse until recently.
