no need to run the clomid, and not unless you have bad sides I wouldnt run nolva either. If you have bad side effect like me then, yes. Run the nolva every day a 10mg.

my problem is both elements are in same bottle clomidifen/tamoxifen but my only sides so far are hot flashes and insomia

Not all of them though...
Nolvadex is terrible to take on cycle. If taken with tren\deca or drol it will INCREASE sides. Nolvadex is also TOO anti-catabolic. the way muscle grows is by tearing down and rebuilding bigger. Nolvadex greatly decreases that, actually endurance athletes take it to decrease muscle fatigue.
