"Search", my new BFF for PCT

Just wanted to give a shout out to the search function of this forum, it works wonderfully and it's something everyone should try :).

I'm in day 4 of my PCT from my first cycle and I feel like complete crap. I'm tired, grumpy and lethargic. My workouts are a grind, and I have ZERO appetite. So I search something similar to "first pct makes me feel like a whiny little bitch" and up pops a thousand posts, all describing my exact state, reassuring me it's normal, it sucks, but that my protocol is sound (nolva/chlomid) and I just need to tough it out.

Thanks Search buddy, you're awesome and I didn't even have to try that hard for the info I wanted.

(In all seriousness, to everyone who contributes to this site, thank you. You're past posts are extremely helpful)

One thing I'm happy I found through reading (again, referring mainly to a chlomd/nolva protocol) was a conversation about the timing of taking those things, primarily that taking them in the evening could be better.

I'm still in the first week (so likely have no right to complain) but after giving it some thought I realized that I felt worse in the 2 to 8 hour window after taking those two first thing in the morning. Taking them an hour or so before bed makes perfect sense. Since I was taking Nolva twice a day this week, I was pretty sure it was the Clomid (1x day) making me somewhat nauseous. I took the Clomid at night last night , I felt much better today than I have.

Other sides: I'm generally just wore out with no energy. I'm lethargic and I think I'm a little moody. I'm not as motivated as normal at the gym , although my total pounds seem to be in line, which I think means I'm just pushing through that. My erections just stink, they're there, but not THERE, if you know what I mean. And I have no interest in sex. The biggest problem for me was the complete lack of appetite. I force myself to eat , but I never want to. That was the most noticeable thing today about taking the Clomid last night, eating was much easier today.

Otherwise the malaise carries on as it seems to have done for everybody else from here. Again, my sincerest thanks for everybody who participate in this forum.

Just finishing week 3, one more week to go. Since switching to taking nolva/chlomid before bed, things have been much better. I have zero sex drive, and long gone are any morning erections. I'm a little concerned (given age, etc) what my natural test production will do over the next several weeks. I do plan to get blood work in about 4-6 weeks.

Charlie you mean that's not normal for you? Jk.

When it comes to BW try and hold off about 8 weeks post pct if you can, imho. Also try some low dose daily cialis if possible.

Can I meet you in the middle at 7 weeks post PCT blood work? ... because damn I'm ready to go again! Kidding, I'll wait.

I survived PCT, I'm around 3 weeks since my last dose and I feel fine (I think). Libido is low, but I think that's about where I was pre-cycle.... probably has more to do with family/life/schedule/etc. While I don't think I look much different, I'm doing roughly the same poundage at the gym (mostly) as I was at the end of my cycle, so I'm calling it a win. My diet was on point for my cycle, and I've kept my calories up (aside from a weeks vacation), I feel like things are good.

But I'm absolutely ready for a winter cycle. :)

C-
