Stretching Sleeves on RageX

Hello,

How would I go about stretching out the sleeves on a
single ply RageX bench shirt?

I am about a 1/2 inch away from touching my chest and can't
go any further down, and there is enough wieght on the bar.
I think this is happening because the sleeves are barely getting
above my elbow and the sleeves are crunched up alittle bit at the elbow.

I think that if I get the sleeves up more that this will solve the problem.

Anyone have experience with this shirt? Any tips or advice would
be greatly appreciated.

Put more weight on the bar :p

I would not stretch it at all. Fold the sleeves so they stay above your elbow and wet the shirt with water across the chest and along the shoulder seams. This should make touching easier.
