Finally a new squat PR

Finally decided to test my new form heavy in a suit and wraps. If anyone remembers, i rounded like hell, and my form completely blew.. it sucked. SO i took a few months out of heavy squatting and worked on my form alot.. So today was test day and here's how it went..

Squat- 145 x 6 / 195 3
**Suit bottoms on + belt **
235 x 3 ( high)
255 x 3 ( one was close
**FULL GEAR
285 x 1 (close)
320 x 1 ( very close) this was supposd to be 315, but one side was misloaded
345 x 1 ( SUNK IT) ... got the approval from Ray B, and everyone else there. had about 15-20 lbs left in me but called it quits.


Form was right on. Stayed nice and upright, didnt falter.

Im very happy :) BW, is still hovering around 148 in the evening.
This is gonna be my last meet as a 15 year old

good shit man! i just turned 16 three months ago and trust me all your lifts will explode literally on your birthday... keep lifting and good luck in the meet.
