Finally a new squat PR

Finally decided to test my new form heavy in a suit and wraps. If anyone remembers, i rounded like hell, and my form completely blew.. it sucked. SO i took a few months out of heavy squatting and worked on my form alot.. So today was test day and here's how it went..

Squat- 145 x 6 / 195 3
**Suit bottoms on + belt **
235 x 3 ( high)
255 x 3 ( one was close
**FULL GEAR
285 x 1 (close)
320 x 1 ( very close) this was supposd to be 315, but one side was misloaded
345 x 1 ( SUNK IT) ... got the approval from Ray B, and everyone else there. had about 15-20 lbs left in me but called it quits.


Form was right on. Stayed nice and upright, didnt falter.

Im very happy BW, is still hovering around 148 in the evening.
This is gonna be my last meet as a 15 year old
