Nice lift. I have major deadlift problems. my goal is 600, but getting heavy beats me up. What were your 6 previous sets?

I grip with middle of my palm, not at the fingers. I rarely tear a callus by my fingers. I've been told I'm holding it wrong but until my grip starts to fail I'm not changing

I bet you could hit 700 if you were really in the zone. This looked pretty easy for you. Good job.

I've done 700 twice. I can do at least that right now. I'm 10-15lbs heavier than then also

Some time next year. Nothing planned in 2013. Just trying to add some muscle right now and get as big as possible. Coming off some injuries and don't want to go really heavy and relapse. I did 635 about a month ago and my back got real tight after. Haven't done any since. I'm going to do some tomorrow but I doubt ill go over 455

Damn man, I have been around a lot of big dead lifters, I have never seen anyone under 275 pull 600plus like that. I've pulled 600 a couple of times and I damn near blew a gasket doing it.

    What's your stats?

Right now I'm 223lbs. Coming off a back injury in June. Most I've pulled since then is 635. But it was easy, I still definitely can do 700+. Squat I've only done 455 since then. But can probably do around 550. I missed a 365 paused bench yesterday, barely. So that's def possible. Ill start going heavy again on squat and dead in a month or so

I'm trying man. Only doing deads once every 2 weeks right now. And been keeping volume down. Hoping I don't feel any pain this weekend. And you are damn right we will have 800 by end of 2014. I'm pulling from blocks this weekend. Ill make a video

My coach wants me to do every week, but less weight and more volume. I'd rather go heavy and just do it once every two weeks. Can't do either til I'm healed up though
