I just tell people I'm on crack when they ask why my hands are shaking so much.
LOL i dont even take clen anymore but I sure remember that feeling. I use their albuterol now instead of the clen. Easier to manage for my old ass!

I'll be staying at 20mcg for the next couple of days then bump it to 40mcg. I had to start keto just to get to sleep.
Keto is the way to go anyway. It will allow you to keep taking such a low dose and maintain its effectiveness. Dont bump that dose until you have too man. The lowest effective dose is the way to run a compound like clen IMO.Quote:
