    WHOA! ar-r's clen is like rocket fuel!

    I took my first dose this morning of 20mcg and i'm jittery as all hell.

    I guess that's why you start of with a low dose of clen .

    LOL i dont even take clen anymore but I sure remember that feeling. I use their albuterol now instead of the clen. Easier to manage for my old ass!

    Forget about texting....

    I'll be staying at 20mcg for the next couple of days then bump it to 40mcg. I had to start keto just to get to sleep.

    Keto is the way to go anyway. It will allow you to keep taking such a low dose and maintain its effectiveness. Dont bump that dose until you have too man. The lowest effective dose is the way to run a compound like clen IMO.

    Keto +melatonin combo knocks me out at night. Switching to albuterol would fix sleeping issues too if clen is causing you trouble.
