Well after forcing down eggs for too long, i've found a decent alternative. It's a lot of liquid but it is really good.
6 oz. Skim Milk
6 oz. Pineapple Juice
5 egg whites
1/2 cup of oatmeal
1 Banana
1 scoop of protein powder (chocolate flavored)
like 6 Ice cubes
Put it all in a blender and there you go.
720 calories/4.5 grams of fat/103 grams of carbs/64 grams of protein.
It actually tastes very good. I think it tastes like Chocolate Banana Milk.
