1 Banana
2 Tablespoon natural Peanut Butter.
Blend in blender.
Mmmmmm, soooo goood.
Anyone have any objections to this? I am on a low-carb diet.

I have also been thinking about adding 3 egg whites raw to it.
If you're on a low carb diet, I'd take the banana out or only use a half, depending on how the rest of your diet looks.
rest of my diet has no carbs
Ok, so I changed up my protein shake a bit.
Realized there were way too many carns for my diet.
So now.
50 grams protein whey Chocolate Low carb
2 TBS Peanut Butter
2 TBS Heavy Whipping Cream
4 Ice Cubes
Water
Its very low in carbs and makes the shake taste oh so smooth..
Is it bad?

I don't drink shakes for the taste bro. The way I see it, I'm just feeding my body nutrients. I get taste with my cheat meals lol.
Sushi is an addiction man, I will eat sashimi to keep the carbs down sometimes.
