2 cans tuna
1 cup oat flower
2 eggs ( made these with whole eggs)
Mix all ingredients, season to your liking and cook in skillet till done. Makes 4 cakes
Macros per cake are:
Pro: 19g
Carb: 14g
Fat: 5.5g ( use whites to lower the fat)
Calories: 180
Can't really taste the tuna.

I've made them before I thought they tasted very nice I used whole oats thought not flower to make it harder for the body to brake down and release energy slower still tasted good

Did they make good patties with the whole oats? I ground the oats for these and had two of them with a shake pwo.

Couldn't tell the difference between whole or ground it goes into a mush when you mix it in with the tuna and egg whites anyway
