Good find! I'll have see if I can find those. Are they in the "Asian foods" aisle?
had them once..
ok i guess but wouldn't eat them again.. had a weird texture.. mostly water..
Actually no they were in the section where the tofu stuff was. The texture didn't bother me. I pan heated them via the instructions till they were somewhat dry then threw in some shrimp and 1/2 cup sauce and it was an instant meal

Quest Protein has a low carb low GI pasta. Haven't tried it but their protein bars are great. I'm going to order some of their pasta products when I bulk again.
I will check it out! Thx MIOriginally Posted by MuscleInk

No problem. Bars were recommended to me by body builder in Cali. He likes them between meals for something quick until his next course of food. Sweetened with Stevia. I like the low GI benefits of them. Lots of flavor varieties too.
Pasta looks great. Can't wait to try.![]()
Haven't tried yours so I have no other comparable than the mainstream crap sold a nutrition shops! LolOriginally Posted by kronik420

Looks good but I'd probably opt for a sugar free or unflavored protein powder and add stevia for sweetening.Originally Posted by kronik420
I've been using isopure which is very low in sugar and carbs but I'll be switching to paleo protein soon to change out the whey isolate for beef and egg protein sources.Originally Posted by kronik420
