I'm doing a cycle of ostarine I plan to do an 8 week cycle but we will see where it takes me first.

I'm using Ironmag labs osta rx IronMagLabs Bodybuilding Supplements & Prohormones: Osta Rx.

3 capsules a day it calls for equaling 20mg per day, I took 1 capsule earlier today about 2 hours ago.

I'll continue to update the thread as I go, I'll be getting bloodwork done in 4 weeks or so

Ive taken 13mg of ostarine today, so far a i feel pretty normal, a slight pump and hardness to the muscles and a tight feeling could be all in my head but thats what i feel as of now

didnt lift weights today just went and did my mma training worked some takedowns and alot of cardio

Day 5

Wow I must say I am enjoying this stuff, somehow I am noticeably leaner, and I felt that by the second day, my entire body feels pumped and extremely tight, diet has been ok but seems suppressed Ive been getting in about 2k a day not enough i know but I look bigger and leaner and my strength is being maintained very nicely as well

recovery time is good, I trained grappling tonight and was able to push alot harder I felt without my body getting fatigued, I seemed to maintain my strength all throughout the matches i did with training partners

my other hope is it helps with a knee injury, I dislocated my left patella very badly in 2012 and ever since my knee has had some trouble I am trying to strengthen it and repair connective tissue, ostarine is said to do so

Day 12

I'm pretty impressed with osta rx, I'm getting tighter and leaner and stronger while maintaining my weight at around 198lbs

Seems to be a very good maintnence drug to use while cutting or maintaining, body does heat up and sweat a little more as well

overall I'm real impressed I just hope it will aid my knee injury too, I'll keep posting till the end I plan to do blood work as well

thanks for the log. kind of what I experienced with SARMs. have you noticed any negative sides like vision problems? also like to note SARMs suppressed my testosterone, so make sure you do a light PCT.

how well did your sarm cycle help with your joints? you mentioned you injured something?

I don't remember but I think it gave me some pain relief, and injury probably for pushing it.

3 weeks in

I must say this stuff is pretty awesome. I am maintaining around 198lbs but my waistline is slimming, and I am not dieting religiously clean. I do however drink nothing but water except after a workout I might have a gatorade or some juice.

I can say I am gaining muscle. I feel stronger, denser, and vascular, my lifts have all went up 10-20lbs and recovery time is perfect.

I was training in a grappling class today and a training partner I hadnt trained with in a while commented "no homo but you slimed down quite a bit" he did that as he sat in my guard lol.

I am going to go get bloodwork done around week 6 then come off at 8 weeks depending on what the bloodwork says.

and if all goes well I'll definitely do another cycle after I take 8 weeks off

Week 4

So its been 4 weeks on osta rx, I still feel very hard and tight

fat loss has been really good I cant wait to see what will happen at 8 weeks and my diet has not been extremely clean

I am still hovering around 198lbs but I look bigger and osta rx had a huge recomp effect on my body, and pretty good vascularity

But aside from that I really cant wait to get bloodwork done to see what effect it has had, stay tuned...

Hey man thanks for the log! Glad to hear you're liking it so much. Few questions:

Isn't the recommended dose on the bottle low? I know that sometimes this happens, like my havoc epistane said 30mg per day but everyone on here said 40 was ideal

Are you getting any blood work done to check levels?

Are you going to use a pct?

yea most would say its low, however from my understanding this lower dose will prevent my natural t from being suppressed

yea i plan to get bloodwork done soon

and pct as of now it depends on what the bloodwork says, Ill most likely use something over the counter, but i have nolva and clomid on hand in case and arimidex
