PCT critique needed

Hi All,
Just came off a 16 weeks cycle. Stats as follows:
Age 39
220lbs @7% bf

Week 1 - 16 150mg Test Prop EOD
Week 1 - 16 0.25mg arimidex EOD
Week 6 - 12 70mg anavar ED

Used HCG@ 250IU every 4d during the cycle

The last I thought of is as follows, and feedback is more than welcomed:

Aromasin 25/25
Nolva 40/40/20/20
Clomid 100/50/50/40

On a side note, last year I used the same PCT protocol and remember the aromasin gave me very bad itchy sensation that would last for an hour or so. Any idea what could that be?

You probably don't need the AI in PCT, but eh always good to keep on hand.

Ditch the clomid for enclomiphene at half the dose.

Use HCG at 500iu EOD until you start PCT, then drop it for the SERMs.
