First time using HCG in twelve years.

Been on TRT since 2013 and just got some HCG to try. How long does it take to see a reversal of hypogonadism?

Followed the above directions and will be doing 250iu M-W-F

12 years is a long time to be with severely reduced testicular function... will they ever come back? Yeah probably.

Give it a few weeks, and maybe up the dose to 1000-1500iu for the first two weeks. Yes, that might make for some estrogen, but its short term and should get the boys back.
