Well ive changed my goals. Instead of bulking then cutting ive decided to go the other way. My bf is 20 and its all in my midsection and i cant stand it. But I was so obsessive to start using gear again that i didnt care. I plan on dropping my bf 10% then bulking up. I plan on doing extreme cardio and keeping a real clean diet. I will continue to work out but not with high weights and low reps. If everything goes well I hope to start a bulking cycle around November. Let me know what u think and if there are any suggestions that will be helpful. Thanks
