This morning I flipped on the t.v. and VH1's 100 Best Bodies was on. I only caught parts of it between getting ready but I saw that they had LL Cool J at #73 and then they had Andre 3000 at something like #23. WTF IS THAT BULL$HIT! I know about 20 skinny black crackheads who are all as "cut" as andre3000. I dunno but that has been pissing me off all danm day. Who in their right mind would decide that a skinny ass mofo has a better body than a jacked up guy with an 8pack? Someone even said "you can tell that andre works out and takes care of his body". I could get someone lookin like that with a crack diet. Sorry bout this but I had to vent.

It’s an insult to all of us who work hard to achieve our goals. I will never understand it most people who don’t work out thinking these pathetic celebrities have impressive bodies. They’re also the same people who think someone has a great body just because you can see some abs, forget the fact they have the skinniest arms you will ever see and a lack of muscle in general.

Good examples are Justin Timberlake and Russell Crowe I always hear people saying how Russell Crowe looked so big and muscular in gladiator. To all of us his physique is a joke.

There is a difference between someone's opinion in a "list" (VH1) and, say, a BB competition, where people are professsionaly involved in that - structuring a body to a certain standard. Kinda like comparing tennis to ping-pong, you know what I mean?

yeah...exactly. One's personal opinion. In this case, it is the clear channel, or whoever the f*#k owns VH1. MTV, I guess.
I give Brad Pitt props for being a good actor, and shit, maintaining such a low BF percentage. He just ain't big. And, if that's how he makes a living - we do live in a free country, god bless america.
To MTV's credit, there was a show smth. along the lines of "I want a perfect body" where they featured a BBer, a football player (high school kid bound for Notre Dame) and a figure competitioin female.
Not comparing same type...but evaluating them based on personal improvement and effort. so that's good

I would say mostly teeenage girls watch those shows, so they're going to cater to that audience which means showing Aston or whatever his name is, without his shirt on and calling it magic. For girls it's about romance and stupidity fellas.
