    Dosage on liquiclen straw

    I'm doing the doses from the clen handbook but converting it to the liquiclen form.. 100mcg in tablets, is that equivelant to the whole straw filled??

    I belive 1.0ml

    Who's clen are you using? Like company and such? Is it your own (sounds like it)

    1 pump of liquid = 20mcg's from the research site I use
