no, not really, but don't do that the other way around (unless you're frontloading). the "tapering" effect is useless...(start low, go high, end low). just start somewhere. if you add, keep that constant throughout the end of the cycle

alright...good thats what i thought...i need to ask one more thing...i am on 1cc of deca and 1cc of sus...how much should i add to both and the deca is goin to end a week before the sus does ...is it ok if the sus ends one week later after the deca??..and pklease tell me how much more i should add...i am def not tapering off
